Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to information sent through the contact form on the BizSystems company presentation.
Information you send
The form collects your name, email address, optional company name, selected service and budget range, message, language, and confirmation that you have read this notice. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.
Your enquiry is sent as one email to the site's configured contact mailbox so it can be reviewed and answered. The form does not write your enquiry to a database, subscribe you to marketing, or send an automatic reply.
Purpose and access
The information is used to understand your request, discuss a possible project, and reply to you. The person handling enquiries and the hosting and email providers involved in transmitting or storing the message may process this information. Hostinger provides the hosting and configured outgoing mail service.
Cookies and abuse prevention
The contact form uses the necessary BIZSYSTEMS_SESSION session cookie, not an analytics or marketing cookie. It links your browser to a temporary form-security token. The cookie is host-only, has path /, is HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, and is Secure on the production site. It is a browser-session cookie; browsers with session restoration may retain it longer. Form tokens expire after two hours.
A form timestamp, security token, and hidden anti-spam field are used to check submissions. Short anti-abuse records contain a keyed hash of the connecting IP address, an attempt count, and the start of a 15-minute window, not your name, email, or message. These records are kept outside the public website; expired files are removed opportunistically during later form activity. Physical removal can therefore take longer when there are no later requests.
This presentation and its contact form do not set analytics or marketing cookies. Hosting and email services may keep their own operational or security logs, which are separate from these form records.
Storage and deletion
Enquiries remain in the receiving mailbox and related correspondence while needed to handle the request and any resulting project. No fixed automatic mailbox deletion period is implemented by this form. Hosting or email backups may have separate retention periods.
You can ask about your information, request a correction, or request deletion by using the contact form. Include enough context to locate your enquiry. A request may need verification, and some correspondence may need to be retained for an ongoing project or applicable obligations.
